For anyone that might check out the Louisville Lovin' the Hills trails before the race on Saturday, let us know how the trails look after the snow/rain/ice we got. Keep us updated up to race-day if it's at all possible. Hopefully it's not too bad out there.

There is a link to a LLTH blog on the website. Check this out in the next few days. Ed Kirk is writing this blog. Ed has been a major help with the race. He will be running on Saturday, but he is also a Trail Ranger at Jefferson Menorial and lives along the course. I look for him to have a new post about the conditions.

Cynthia will also be going down to check things out. The course was marked over the weekend and on Monday. Hopefully the ice did not tear down all the markers. We will let you know.
